Yeah, I remember when they used to alternate the whole “red” and “blue” electoral map thing. Now the dammed democrats, socialists, and communists decided they should be represented by the color blue (deceiving bastards) and true Americans be represented by the commie color red; nice, huh? And even Fox went right along with it. To be represented by red every single election and have all these people say “red state” and “turn it red” bugs me to no end. I remember the “red menace.”

But it shows you what the media can do and how fast they can make something part of the dialogue when they unite. And they are usually pretty united. We should all e-mail Fox and tell them we want to be blue.

I understand how you feel, but I tend to think of that a little differently: "blue-bloods" vs. "red-blooded Americans" seems appropriate to me, now.
