I'm betting that World War III will start in Europe (The Cold War doesn't count, not enough blood). I'm not sure in which country it will begin. Germany for historical reasons is a good candidate. I doubt Great Britain. I'm not sure about France, they did get well out of hand a few hundred years ago, lopping off heads. Europe has always been a bloody battleground. Over the long haul, they make Americans look like saints.
