Sarah should have said "Yeah, he's a master debater"!

Watching part II of the interview.

Sean asked her about Biden:

Sarah: "Yes, Biden has been around a long, long, long, long time. Since I was in second grade. He's got the sound bites down and he's a great debater."

LOL!

I gotta think that Biden is gonna go down in the debate!

Biden will have to walk on eggshells to not come off as a bully...and that ain’t gonna be easy for him.

Rush was pointing out that in the Clarance Thomas confirmation hearings, Biden out of context quoted something Justice Thomas had written, when Justice Thomas mentioned that it was not an exact quote..Biden replied “exact quote”

Just like Charlie Gibson misquoting Gov. Palin.

Expect to see this repeated, I’d break my hands applauding if she turned the tables on Biden and did the same thing to him...w

Especially since Sarah has that ability to attack someone with that little “what? L’il ole me?” look.

Make no mistake, she’s tough.

Sarah: “Yes, Biden has been around a long, long, long, long time. Since I was in second grade. “

VERY funny!! I’ve got to tell my husband about this, since we don’t have cable. Still laughing............

I loved when she said that about Biden in office when she was in 2nd grade.

Going the George Smathers route?
"Are you aware that Claude Pepper is known all over Washington as a shameless extrovert? Not only that, but this man is reliably reported to practice nepotism with his sister-in-law, and he has a sister who was once a thespian in wicked New York. Worst of all, it is an established fact that Mr. Pepper, before his marriage, habitually practiced celibacy."

That debate is probably going to be the last chance for the McCain/Palin ticket to win this. I’ve seen footage of Sarah in the 2006 Alaska Republican Primary debate where she was up against two men. She was pretty masterful. All she has to do in this debate is be herself and she will win it. The minute Old Plugs gets a feeling she is wiping the floor with him, he will come undone and say something Really stupid. Then, perhaps, you will see Biden leave the ticket and Hillary will come in for the rescue.

I don’t believe your premise. If Obama isn’t ahead by 15% right now, he’s behind. I’ll write about “the conservative effect” tomorrow.

What people tell pollsters and what they do behind closed voting curtains are two entirely different things. And historically, that different thing is to vote more conservative.

“I loved when she said that about Biden in office when she was in 2nd grade.”

Tit for tat when the Obama camp makes a big deal out of age.

Gotta love it.

He probably masticated in front of his family 2 or 3 times a day, too!

I told my husband tonight, (me in awe of Sarah), that she could be the complete and total mistress of the “sound-bite”.

She is so very good with the one-liners.

“smiley” Joe Biden is in big puppy trouble with this woman. He won’t know which porch to climb under when she is done with him.

And all she has to do is to be her own common-sense self, and just keep delivering those devastating one-liner responses! I hope the folks advising her help her with a whole bunch of these!

Plugs will be toast!

She is the COMPLETE opposite of Obama. It’s alomst uncanny. You can tell she’s sincere when she says she loves America.

Did I just notice correctly that Rove isn’t in the line-up on Hannity and Colms tonight, after he eviscerated turtle-boy last night. He’s on Greta, though. Maybe Alan went to the boss and said he wasn’t going to go on with that bad man, Carl Rove. He’s a bad, bad, man!

I would not get too cocky over the debate outcome. Palin has come across as very programmatic in her public appearances - including the Charlie interview (which certainly was an ambush). I was a little disturbed by the rote lines and artificial hand gestures. It will be another step for her to go toe to toe in live action with Biden, who is a clown, but nonetheless natural in such a setting, as a clown is trained as a performer.

Biden will probably try to 'out-fact' her on minutiae, as attempted by Al 'Dingle-Norwood' Gore. She will do well to keep on large themes, and overall direction, of course the things which we elect Presidents to do.

Rove gives Colmes a beatdown everytime he’s a guest. Colmes probably is starting to enjoy it.
