So what he is saying is that any human being who is a financial burden to society should die. So any fetus of a mother who does not have the financial means to provide for her baby should be aborted.
That statement is the antithesis of Objectivism. No real Objectivist would make that decision for another person- that would be human collectivism. Rand warned about people taking on her mantle for their own purposes.

How the he!! can this child be a financial burden to anyone? Judging by his parent’s ability to make ends meet,his parents will certainly be financially able to take care of him.He wasn’t born to a crack whore or welfare queen,so what’s up with that?

unless a parent enjoys the wealth to provide for the lifetime of assistance that their child will require, they are essentially stranding the cost of their child's life upon others.
