Hacking Sarah Palin's Email Account was not Our Idea: [ But it Was!! ]
RADAR ^ | 9.18.08 | Neel Shah

You are clever and creative; it's time to find a target worthy of your talents. Like Sarah Palin. Start harassing her! ......PS: Don't blow up our servers. Thanks!

.....and that it was time for them to find a new target. We even threw out a suggestion: Sarah Palin! And then yesterday, this happened.......

.

Just last week, we posted a brief open letter to Anonymous, the Internet-based rabble-rousers who have made a name for themselves taking on Scientology, in which we said that they'd succeeded in ruining the Church's reputation, and that it was time for them to find a new target. We even threw out a suggestion: Sarah Palin!

And then yesterday, this happened. Far be it from us to take credit for it, but as a commenter in our original jokingly post noted, "Careful what you wish for, buddy, You may find yourself labeled an accessory."

For the record, an (anonymous) representative of Anonymous denies that the group is responsible for the Palin email hack, instead blaming it on "/b/ from 4chan, a group that posts anonymously and creates internet mayhem and mischief." (4chan was one of the early proponents of both the Rickrolling and the LOLcat memes.)

Anonymous doesn't exactly have a public roster, so who knows if the person responsible was affiliated with the group or not. It's worth noting, though, that the group has always prided itself on acting within the confines of the law. (Hacking an email account is not so legal.)

Whoever it was, we'd like to make one thing clear in another open letter: don't tell the feds you got the idea from us.

Think about what they will do once they have control of the levers of government.

Should scare every American. The problems many Americans believe the outcome justifies the means. Simply put they believe any lie or distortion they can work up is justified as long as they get their way. Doesn't that indicate where the minds of some Americans are?

Well I say this because after reviewing everything the guys that did this posted the proxy anonymizer they used by posting the url in the screenshot. They also failed to do a few other things related to properly anonymizing their systems as well.

Yeah...and the 1984 ad had nothing to do with the Obama campaign. Obama is a viscious Marxist. He will deny deny deny...but rest assured this is a gorilla war to him. It’s all coming from his Saul Alinsky playbook.

If he wins we are in deep sh*t. If he loses, he should consider himself lucky to be able to sit in the senate and make lots of money of speaking engagements when he should be tried for Treason against the United States.

Our betters are honest people, only criminals have any need to fear from an investigation.

You must be kidding! Investigation should be accompanied by a proper warrant. There must be just cause to invading your right of privacy. This is a blatant disrespect of the law. Ends NEVER JUSTIFY THE MEANS. Get a life.

Whether they control the levers of government should not be the only thing that scares Americans.

The Left has already used “cyber sleuthing” to “out” conservatives online (they use all means at their disposal, including criminally obtaining personal information) to discover the identity of FReepers and those who’ve sent negative Obama emails.

ANYONE who uncovers the truth about the next forged October Surprise memo can expect to have the same sort of ana! exam that used to be reserved for those seeking appointment to the Supreme Court or higher offices.

YOUR private life is NOT private in the eyes of the Orwellian Stalinists.

If he loses, the anacho-socialists will riot. There will be civil disobedience on the scale of the RNC 2008 convention. For YEARS.

Nope.

Any time they want to use the full force of government to invade our privacy that’s what they blandly tell us, that an innocent man has nothing to fear from 24/7 surveillance.

It must be true for them, too, since they are sooooo much better than us, mustn’t it?

You heard Obama's latest from his campaign rally: "Get in their faces!" That's a tactic of the left. Probably learned it as a Saul Alinsky community organizer.

See Michelle Malkin’s blog for a good explanation of what went on.
