OT: Hi everyone! Here I am, the Cataract Kid, one day post-surgery and with better eyesight (in the operated eye) than I’ve had since I was 18! I’m getting the other eye done next week. Cataract surgery is THE BEST THING EVER!!! Thanks to all of you who sent prayers up for me yesterday.

On the road this AM I was listening to the John Boy and Billy Show. They had some lib on complaining about taxes. One of the hosts asked, "What about a flat tax? One where everybody pays the same percentage?" The lib went nuts, saying it would be unfair. "How?" asked the host. The reply is one for the books!
"The middle income and poor do not have the discretionary income to pay income taxes."

The AP refused the secret service? Perhaps if the Secret Service looked at the tags on the most original screencaps they can get. Convet the JPGs or BMPs as text and see if there are any tell-tale identifiers in the headers or footers of the image files there... Also perhaps search “wayback machine” (www.archive.org/) or a similar web archive of the offeding website for clues.

Sounds like Rush is having another excellent day (I caught some of the show earlier). This AIG mess is outrageous, and steepens the angle of the slippery slope we're on. William F. Buckley and Ronaldus Magnus would be disgusted.

Remember, days later it was all of their passports, initially it was just his. The language started to change in media to they didn’t really have access, they only ‘viewed’ it. BS
Until this day and in view of many events, I say they were changing it for him, putting info in, taking info out... not attempting to find out anything, it was the friends two employees.
Someone my ask how he got into Pakistan from Indonesia on his school break (with former illegal Paki roommate), when he visited mom. They were not accepting US passports, so what did he use? If Indo, what name was on it? And so on.

OMG. So its fine for the Barbara Walters gang to gush over Obama, as they did when he and Michelle were on. Walter’s own unsuccessfull attempt to be cute, remarked on how cute Obama was. Guess Michelle forgot about that.
