Donald Trump, the flamboyant New York magnate, said on CNNs Larry King Live on Wednesday night that he is supporting Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) for president.
Trump, never shy with his opinions, went on to say that McCain appears to be winning, and that Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) should have chosen Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) as his running mate.
I know John McCain, and John McCain's a great guy, a tremendous guy, Trump told King. I've known him for a long time. And I'm with him, and I'm with him based on the fact that I have great knowledge of John McCain. Also, this is not the right time for tax increases. And Obama wants to increase your taxes drastically.

Me too,. Even when he was endorsing Hillary I didn't hold it against him, he probably is friends with the Clintons and Trump is a reasonably loyal guy.
I really like this endorsement. I'd rather get the nod from Trump than 20 hollywood celebrities, he's the real deal and has done something concrete with his life while they are a bunch of America hating spoiled brats.
Why do I keep getting the feeling that Hill and Bill are quietly convincing their high profile friends to endorse McCain? Makes sense, they pick him and she has plausible deniability. She may be smarter than I gave her credit originally.
It’s kind of like Obama wants to give everybody 1000 dollars for gas... but it’s where he gets that money.
Obama wants to take that money from the oil companies.
That will make gas go up. Everybody loses and we pay for it anyways.
Why not take that money from the Government’s greedy hands and give it back to the people? Like Sarah Palin did in Alaska?
Instead of moving wealth around among the people.. that does nothing except spread misery and class welfare.
Take money from the government, give it back to the people and spread wealth and prosperity.
He is not the only New Yorker who is ready to flip. I ran into one on my FL volunteer calling list today who is a former big man in the NY sanitation union.
He was on the edge. We had a really nice conversation which ended with a plea to please consider that an American Hero was one of his choices.
If you have an hour to spare this week, please go to your Victory office and spend it well. I have been able to get absentee ballots to people who need them as well as getting our message to undecided folks. It is highly rewarding.
You can really do a lot of good. I thought that I would be preaching to the choir or butting heads with obots. But it is really not like that. You can reach some of the people.
Rothschild was on Cavuto earlier and Greta tonight endorsing McCain. She told Greta she was going to be out on the stump.
Ah, but he'll always have Babs Streisand and the music of the night.
(......what a pair to draw to, ugh).

I wish I could do something. I live in Oklahoma. Kerry didn’t win one county here in 04.
And McCain is more ahead than Bush was at this point in 04.
Our Republican Incumbent is ahead by 28 points lol.
The tax cuts increased federal revenue by 41% from 2003 to 2006.
you can be sure that Lynn will use her personal ‘touch.’ As Henry Kissinger said about her: It is less painful to do what she wants than to resist her.” Lynn may be married to a Rothschild but she worked hard for her money...a real aggressive capitalist.
>> It may not be a question of wanting to raise taxes, but having to raise them. Just a thought.
The justification for raising taxes is always under the banner of necessity. Have you ever heard a politician state “we’re going to raise your taxes simply because we can” ?
Our Republican US Senator incumbent is ahead by 28 points.
This is why a lot of Freepers don't go to Kos or DU, why drive up their hit counts?
Love it...Vintage Donald...Hope that’s what America says to OMama in Nov: ‘You’re Fired!’....LOL
Remember when he put the HUGE US Flag in his front yard and refused to take it down.
The Libs heads exploded.
I think he's in a position to buy 2 or 3 with some armor and a little artillery. :-)

I know what you mean, I came home from work today and couldn't get on and got pretty anxious. There's just so much going on lately that I just need to read what other people think.
