He's an underdog who has already raised $2 million running against an incumbent who publicly smeared 8 Marines, seven of whom have been cleared of wrongdoing. And the ex-Marine still has yet to apologize.

Excellent ad and I too would like to know if there is any polling in this race.
That part of the ad with Murtha saying that these incidents must be brought out because if the Marines are not brought to justice then other Marines will feel it’s OK to do the same thing. What slander to the Marine Corps!

I sent a small contribution. Russell is one of only a handful of candidates I have given to this year.
Will he and the dirtbag debate? I would love to see that. Russell should refuse to shake his hand.
This race can only help McCain/Palin in the overall battle to take PA.
I agree. Kanjorski's in trouble in PA-11 (I think, it encompasses Scranton). If McCain and/or Palin could swing through and appear with Russell and Barletta (Kanjorski's opponent) it would undoubtedly fire up the troops and increase GOP turnout in PA, as well as increase each Congressional Pubbie's name recognition, and help them raise funds.
But I recognize that McCain/Palin have tons of requests and only so many hours/days remaining.
Yes we really need to support a man like this. Grassroot support to dump Sen. Murtha (Moutha) and reatain or gain seats against the Dimwits!.

That is a great ad. I sent Russell a donation several months ago when I’d given up on McCain and was only supporting conservative down-ticket candidates wherever they were (Russell, West, Mandel, etc.) Good to see my money is being used well! How’s he doing in the polls?
