As I was running to the store yesterday, I noticed a new crop of Obama posters in several front yards in my neighborhood that were not there the day before. They stick out because the small KC suburb I live in is very red. I haven’t seen any McCain posters at all.

Is this KC suburb in Kansas or MO?

Because if its Kansas, its a safe GOP state, why would a Pubbie need to get out yard signs?

Are they teachers? In my neighborhood, the only people I see with Obama signs are teachers.

The reason you don’t see many McCain signs is because people are a little worried about vandalism and retaliation from crazy libs and gangs. One alternative is to use “Women for McCain” sign as it tempers the effect (more respect for da women). I expect to see more signs as we get closer to November.

I wouldn’t put a MCcain sign or any other conservative running candidate in my yard—I’d be egged-broken window etc. You know how rabid the left are! Never see bumper stickers for conservatives either -car would be keyed etc!! I’m still shocked over how many Obama signs I do see tho. People must not be very bright.
