You forgot to take into account those “Texians” from Waco and Austin. Hold on, big! Waco is only 52 miles southwest of me, so they are neighbors I know are okay.
Now, them Yankee lubing folk down in the Peoples Democrat Republic of Austin, they consider ketchup normal on a hamburger!
BTW Baylor University is in Waco and my ex-wife was a Baylor gal. And ya'll know everyone and their dogs says Baylor gals don't!
That's true, they don't... 
unless you prime 'em with a Long Star Draft and a Long Island Iced Tea chaser.
