Vice presidential choices arent supposed to make much difference. Yet, Sarah Palins impact is undeniable and extremely large. Twelve days ago, presidential election futures markets indicated that Barack Obama had a 62 percent probability of winning the election. By Sunday, Obamas probability had fallen to 46.5 percent, with John McCain at 52.1 percent.
With the election at stake and Palin so crucial to the outcome, Democrats have sent a mini-army of 30 lawyers, investigators and opposition researchers into Alaska. The media has also understandably descended in large numbers in Alaska. Despite Palins name being on the short list of potential vice presidential nominees for months, neither Obamas campaign nor the media were prepared.
Yet, as Hillary Clintons own pollster has warned:
... the media is on very dangerous ground. I think that when you see them going through every single expense report that Governor Palin ever filed, if they don't do that for all four of the candidates, they're on very dangerous ground. I think the media so far has been the biggest loser in this race. And they continue to have growing credibility problems.... I think that the media is doing the kinds of stories on Palin that they're not doing on the other candidates.
The media, though, has done more than simply subject Palin to questions not given to the other candidates. More importantly, it has been running interference for the Obama campaign, questioning McCains attacks on Obama while frequently reinforcing Obamas on McCain.
Take a couple of examples from last week.

You really want to hurt the media on this?
First, if you’re buying/subscribing to any MSM rags, drop it now.
Second, you must make a list of every (EVERY) company advertising on the national news, CNN, CNBC, and any others I am missing, and write to every advertizer that you aren’t going to be using their products while the media is totally biased in their anti-Palin bashing, and treating her like they have not treated any of the other Presidential or VP candidates. You can clearly see it from the obama interview and the Palin interviews of Charlie (I love the Messiah so much) Gibson.
Third, keep writing them every week, and tell them you are encouraging friends and family to do so as well. Actually get freinds and family to write in, let them use your letter, just change your names around.
The MSM has been dying as ad revenues for the networks keeps dropping, because less and less people are watching. Hurt them where it hurts the most. Their stupid liberal wallets. They are about money. They can’t be the 4th branch of government (/sarc) if they don’t have money supporting their biased agenda spews.
The loosers this time around will not only be Obama but the media left as well, hoo rah! What ever they dig up or make up, Palin’s popularity will continue right up to November 4th election.
The folks with actual skills will land on their feet.
So .. LMAO
The media has no choice but to keep moving forward into the darkness of evil. They know no other way.
the party that has lost its soul tries to beat up their opponent on moral issues.
book mark
The news media are a bunch of Democratic Party whores. They’ve never investigated Obama or Biden. They should never be taken seriously.
The MSM isn’t biased. They’re all registered independents you know.
You little people are just too stupid to understand the brilliance of journalists. Probably comes from not going to a real, credited University....
