Rush is playing part of an Obama speech. While Obama drones on and on and on and on in his flat monotone, Barbra Streisand is singing in the background....ever louder, ever louder till the two of them are even in sound like a duet between an indisposed frog and a humming Tibetan monk.
Brilliant juxtaposition....and SO funny.
Rush knows humor and satire are sometimes more effective than a sledgehammer.
