Obama Surrogates Claim Race is Factor in Voting (Not Voting for Obama is Racist, Unpatriotic)
WYTV ^ | Monday, September 15, 2008

Posted on 09/15/2008 8:08:36 PM PDT by kristinn

Monday afternoon, state Representatives Bob Hagan of Youngstown and Tom Letson of Warren met with reporters.

They argue many voters who call themselves "Democrats" or "Independents", but won't vote for Obama, have only one excuse, with Letson saying, "I would say that a lot of it is they're not going to vote for 'the black guy'".

Hagan called the issue "unpatriotic," adding those not willing to vote for Obama need "to face that fact. That that's not acceptable in America."

Both men say they will work to convince those "swing voters" to change their minds between now and election day.

My husband’s Grandmother is a Dem and she is OLD school Dem and will not vote for Obama. I think there are a lot of Dems out there like that, you are right.

Yeah, look for the MSM to stoke those fires during the first few days after the McCain victory in November, just so they can have some great news on the riots in major U.S. cities over McCain “stealing” the election from Obama.

Brilliant sales pitch by this pair. Insult your voters by calling them racist. Yup. that’ll close the deal. < / sarc>

Poll questions are designed to get the answer you want. Do you beat your wife, is a good question, yes/no answer. Pose the question Do you still beat your wife, you will get another answer.

I guess these people assume that others only make decisions regarding people based on the color of their skin like they do......well they are wrong, we do not like bama’s politics, his friends or associates, his arrogance, his angry wife, lack of integrity..... the list goes on

From the looks of these two pixies, they might want to watch who they are calling a racist. Neither of them look like they can take a punch.

A vote for Obama is a vote against Palin which is sexism pure and simple!

Let's see if I can get this right:

Not voting for Obama is racist, because he is black.

Voting for Obama is not racist, because he is black.

Voting for McCain is racist, because he is white.

Not voting for McCain, is not racist, because he is white.

That does not compute! Illogical! Illogical! Illogical! My brain hurts!

I know a long time union family, and the wife told me several weeks ago, “You know we’re dyed in the wool Democrats, but I just don’t think we can vote for a black person. We’d never vote for a Republican, but . . . “

And just look at the colorful shirts Obama’s pretty boys are wearing.

Is that a PINK shirt I’m seeing?

More than likely, they won't vote for Obama because he is a Marxist, racist, and Affirmative Action pick and viscerally they sense it.

It's not that he's black. It is that being "black" that seems to be his main selling point.

Yeah, that's what happens here in the U.S. of KKK-A...

Bitter Americans vote for people who look like those on the dollar bills...

that’s what great about America - I think it’s perfectly acceptable if people don’t vote for him because he’s black.

I think it’s perfectly acceptable if people vote for him because he is black.

>Obama and his mouthpieces are tossing that race card around like they’re trying to get it in a hat. They’ll make any outrageous claim that avoids the fact their Zerobama is an empty suit who no one in his right mind would vote for.

But that can’t be! My boss is an Obama supporter and he told me that Obama doesn’t want to go the race route! /sarc

Okay, let me respond to these toads. Not voting for McCain is age discrimination and not voting for Palin is sexist.
