For the most part the media missed this. I actually think this joke is the most damaging in the campaign so far.
Your thoughts?
Many overlooked this joke by Barack Obama, but I think it was more damaging than the pig comment. He was sarcastic, arrogant, condescending, pretentious, all with a mocking half smile, you just dont make fun of hunters and the sport of hunting in America:
He told supporters in Flint, Michigan that Palin has an interesting biography Mother, governor, moose shooter. Thats cool
Many have been saying that Obama and his campaign are arrogant, elitist, and full of pretensions. I believe it after watching many of the pseudo John Stewart/Eddie Murphy routines that Obama has been engaged in on the campaign trail. In the world of Obama and his campaign, hunting is something to mock, they just dont understand the heartland of America, and that is why they are going to lose.

Obama, Muslim family background, Islamic training in youth, BLACK Liberation Theology BLACK racist, cocaine user, BLACK community organizer, Accused of Homosexual activity, No executive experience, NO racial unity record, NO significant legislative accomplishments, No school records available, No demonstrable integrity.....
NOT cool!
I know. They say the guy can’t do email and imply that might be due to some sort of character flaw rather than a disability acquired through heroism and sacrifice.
It is not clear who Obama was referring to when he said the old fish was going to stink.
Since he uses a teleprompter at scheduled rallies the comments were most likely intentional and were directed at Palin.
The man has no class. Making a middle finger gesture when talking about Hillary and the stinking fish comment tells me he has little respect for women.
There’s another great quote from Obama in that clip (at 5:45).
“They [Republicans] can’t govern, they can’t run a government but they can run a campaign.”
Talk about projection! Isn’t this the guy who said his 18 month campaign for President showed he had the executive experience to BE president?
