An under appreciated song writer is Bob Dylan. Sure he was a lousy singer, but what a great song writer. Listen to Grateful Dead cover his “It’s All Over Now, Baby Blue” with Garcia doing the vocals. Great song, great live cover. Ditto for “All Along The Watchtower” with Weir dong the vocals; best version of this song by anyone.
