fortunatly, grandpa and his buddies still have all the money and most of the common sense - we old farts don’t cotton to all this global warming carp coming from you kids.

The real reason older Americans are better for the environment is that they work less and have lower incomes.

The left's vision for the future.

It is only a matter of time...

We, as a society, are adopting a utilitarian approach to the value of human life. Once we get a little way down that road, people are going to figure out that Grandma and Grandpa are costing us an awful lot for medical care, and not producing much in return. At that point, the solution will be obvious.

This need for a “solution” will become even more acute if government starts picking up the tab for medical care. The government is going to have to sink massive amounts of money into geriatric care, but what will the government get in return? Additional obligations? This makes no sense at all, from the government's point of view. The solution to the problem is medical rationing and decreasing the promptness and quality of care. So, the government interest is going to be dependent on their ability exercise their core competencies of slow, lazy and incompetent. I predict they will succeed fabulously well at this task.

Soon enough they will tell the elderly you don't need that surgery, so go home and die. Scary.

Hummm...I’m a “grandpa”, and I never noticed that we had any pollution problem until the leftist discovered the political power in “environmentalism”.

In the mean time, the illegals will continue to replace the useless eaters faster than they can be gotten rid of.

A glimpse into the future the left would bring.

I guarantee you that should this line of thinking prevail then all US citizens should be concerned.
What would keep the Obama supporters from declaring that anyone over a certain age is no longer useful to life so there fore would be given the opportunity to take their own life or be euthanized.

What would keep the Obama supporters from saying doctors would not be allowed to keep alive the affirmed.

Obama supporters could certainly balance the budget if millions of old aged or affirmed whites were suddenly deprived of life.

I’d say Jacob Leibenluft the author of this garbage should immediately remove his own footprint from our environment.

Since this approach to our elders will be in the final phase of their lives, you might even call this utilitarian approach the government’s Final Solution.

Himmlers don’t happen overnight. They evolve.

Dear Mr. Leibenluft,

I’m old.
I’m cranky.
I’m bitter.
I’m pissed off to beat the band...and
I’m armed.

Do you really want to mess with me?
