Hackers have mounted an attack on the Large Hadron Collider, raising concerns about the security of the biggest experiment in the world.

As the first particles were circulating in the machine near Geneva where the world wide web was born, a Greek group hacked into the facility, posting a warning about weaknesses in its infrastructure.

Calling themselves the Greek Security Team, the interlopers mocked the IT used on the project, describing the technicians responsible for security as "a bunch of schoolkids."

I too had some recent trojan and malware problems. They got past my “PC Secure” system when another used my compurer.

What I learned is that PC Secure provides good “scan” procedures, good telephone advice on fixing problems, and that performing those scans offline - immediately after an ofline recovery process — work well.

With all of the problems that plague Windoze, I am on my last MS OS. The next when I can afford it will be a Mac. Besides I do a fair amount of photo, video editing (mostly stock footage) and audio work.

OK, I can’t figure out which is geekier - your knowing this inside freeper humor, your being able to adapt it with collider-speak, or me laughing out loud at how good a job you did.

Bullocks! Sounds like a bunch of punk idiots hacked a website. BFD. I doubt idiots like this could even touch them main machines, and if they did, they wouldn’t know what to do on them. Just hunt ‘em down and break fingers one at a time.
