Developing: On September 12's "View" co-host Whoopi Goldberg inquired of Senator John McCain, "do you want me to be a slave?"
The question was spurned by the Senator's stance on Roe v. Wade. When McCain answered he supports judges who support the original intent of the Constitution, Whoopi drew a slavery comparison.

I thought the very same thing.
In her world, forcing a mother to care for her child is slavery, but using the government to force other people (aka taxpayers)do it is OK.

I've been asking myself that question too, both about him and about Gov Palin's appearance on ABC. Why? The DNC refused to hold any primary debates on the Fox News Network, and that certainly wasn't a scandal. The Obamessiah refused to appear on any Fox News shows for well over a year, again no scandal. What is it about our candidates (and, by extension, our party) that makes them such good sacrificial lambs that they actually volunteer to throw themselves under the wheels of the MSM bus? IMO, they have more to lose by going on these shows than they do by letting the MSM pout and whine about their unwillingness to submit to inquisitions.

That is not an exageration. Their demeanor and body posture spoke volumes. They could barely stand to sit next to the man and didn't try to hide it. The looks on their faces really made them look ugly.
I could only stand to watch half the interview, bu the last thing I remember hearing as I switched channels was Whoopie asking a question concerning Rastafarians. (Huh?)

Whoopi's saying that without legalized abortion, she'll be a slave. In a sense, she's correct. But she's got the wrong tyrant named. The tyrant is Mother Nature and she's one mean b*tch. See what she's going to be doing to Galveston and Houston. Whoopi and many (most?) feminists hate what nature has made them. Sarah obviously celebrates what nature has made her. She enjoys it. She loves being a woman. The gift of the ability to bear child is a blessing from God. Sarah's so happy, the mean, bitter, angry feminists Can. Not. Stand. Her.
