Palin goes home to see son off to war .....(Why SaraCuda is in Alaska)
Breitbart ^ | Sep 11, 2008

Sarah Palin was back in Alaska Thursday to see her son off to war. A homecoming rally late Wednesday marked the first time the governor had been in the state since Republican presidential hopeful John McCain asked her to be his running mate on August 28.

And there was no hiding her joy at being back after the madness of the past two weeks in which the little-known governor and self-proclaimed "hockey mom" was transformed into a political rock star.

Palin's laughter filled the cabin as the freshly painted McCain-Palin campaign plane pulled up to an airport hanger in Fairbanks where hundreds of supporters were waiting to welcome her home.

She stepped down the stairs in her now trademark red heels and reached out to kiss her daughter Piper's head before walking onto a plywood platform to a hastily constructed stage.

"Thank you so much for this warm welcome," Palin told the crowd.

"It's going to be awesome to spend a couple of days here. Just getting back in touch with all of you and the great land we call Alaska that God has so richly blessed."

Palin, who was set to speak at her son Track's deployment ceremony Thursday afternoon, told the crowd how much she respected McCain's service to his country and his commitment to reforming Washington.

"I can't wait for you to meet John McCain. He's awesome!"

Palin, one of the most popular governors in the nation, is beloved by Alaskans for being so down-to-earth.

Soon that will be the country, sorry Alaska, - The United States needs you to share Sarah Palin.

Palin bump. What a wonderful mom to be speaking at her son’s deploymnet ceremony. I’m afraid I would be in tears if it were me.

Maybe Sarah and some of her friends can do some hunting while she is there.

I wonder if Democratic lawyers are in season in Alaska?

I love this woman.

She renews my hope for America.

What more could we ask for at a time like this?
This is our chance.

The original Star-Spangled Banner

The flag that inspired Francis Scott Key
to write our national anthem.

The National Enquirer is reporting that Track Palin only joined the military to clean up his act. They are saying he was an out of countrol teen that ran with gangs and has a oxycotin and cocaine habit. This crap needs to stop now.

Sarah Palin was back in Alaska Thursday to see her son off to war...

This has got to be one of the most difficult things that a parent has to do.

Her son represents thousands of other young men and women in uniform and I'm certain that Sarah Palin's prayer today represents the prayers of thousands of mothers and fathers across this country.

As an 'older' soldier, I see these young soldiers everyday and admire everyone of them.

Do you remember during the heat of the Iraq war when one of the DUmmies’ favorite (patently idiotic) talking points was that Bush should be “sending” his twin daughters to war?

Now it’s eating them up that they can’t use that argument with either McCain or Palin. Notice how silent they are on that front.

The Enquirer is sometimes right (Edwards, Rush), but those cases had actual sources (like Rush’s ex-housekeeper), and obviously they were sitting on that one when the McNabb kerfuffle happened.

With Sarah Palin only known to the ignorant for 10 days, this smells like a rushed hit job.

Unless National Enquirer and the lamestreams can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt (anonymous “sources” don’t count) any of the negative allegations they make against conservatives, Republicans, or the Palin family, I have no reason at this point to believe a word they say or write. They are proven serial liars.

Lets see how the MSM rips her for doing this.

Oh, they will rip her, and the reason is that this speech that she is about to give this afternoon is one of the most important that she will do in the next two months and is going to be watched by all of America. She will be doing her governor's duties, seeing her son and Alaska's sons and daughters off to war. On 9/11. It is a powerful image and the media will try their damnedest to discredit.

Always do that if space permits, it’s kind of a personal comment or an excerpt / partial excerpt I really like from the article.
