Leftists really do have anger management issues. Captain Ed earlier showcased Al Franken's f-bombs, and tonight KSTP-TV displayed St. Paul Council-thing Dave Thune's expletives to a fellow St. Paul citizen in a response e-mail:
St. Paul businessman, Mike Costello said he got upset last week when he saw City Councilman David Thune protesting at the Republican National Convention. "I sent him an email saying how disgusted I was and that I thought he was a disgrace to the city and I asked him for his resignation. I said you should resign," said Costello.
Thune responded with an email that said "[expletive] you little [expletive]".
Dave Thune sent that e-mail from the city's computer, and unapologetically stands behind his f-bomb reply to a businessman.

Just sent him my congratulations for how well he represents "The most livable city in America" :-)
Hopefully, this @sshole will be gone by the time his email box is full.

I understand Bill's frustration in talking with Letterman. I taught with a sociology prof who was liberal to the extreme. She and I would have debates all the time (the lettuce strike by Caesar Chevez and George McGovern's support was unbelievable!) and I would work her into a corner from which there was no liberal escape and she would throw up her hands and yell; “That may be, but I don't believe it!” and storm out of my office. It was like trying to debate a post. I think debating Letterman would be the same.

“City officials said there is little that can be done to punish and elected official such as Thune for using city property to verbally attack a citizen.”
WTF? They can fire his ass for using city property.

Dave Thune also
supported the anarchists who came to town rather than the folks who brought in income to the city.
The next St. Paul City Council meeting will be most interesting.

Here’s my Email;
As a proud American let me take this oportunity to thank you for showing
the country just how deranged the Leftist Democrats have become.
I’m sure you will have many more profanity laced rants once President
McCain and VP Palin are sworn it.
Once again thanks for demonstrating that even idiots have value even if
it’s just serving as a bad example.

I have a very liberal relative who does the same thing. I stay very calm, almost bored, shrug and answer:”It doesn’t matter whether you believe it or not.” Then change the subject while steam continues to come out of her ears.
Another answer, for variety, when they quote NYT or CNN, et al,on the economy or AGW or drilling is just look them in the eye and say:”They are lying to you.”
