ABC News Agenda driven against McCain/Palin
ABC News Radio

Posted on 09/10/2008 1:02:29 PM PDT by o2bfree

ABC News ran a hit piece on the McCain/Palin campaign at 3:30 pm Wednesday Sept 10, where they ran a radio news report supporting Obama.

In the report ABC questioned the validity of the McCain campaigns claim of sexism when Obama referred to Palin as "Lipstick on a pig". ABC implied it was fine for Obama to use the expression because its regularly used in washington politics. ABC played audio from 4 politicians using the quote, including McCAIN. McCain's voice was clearly audible in the series of quotes.

During the segment, the ABC News reporter clearly mocked the McCain campaign's surrogate (Swift) with the sarcastic reply "Oh really?!!!"

I bet they used a McCain Voice Impersonator to utter the phase “Lipstick on a Pig”.

I am positive the McCain would have never in his entire life used such a phrase.

Seems to me ABC, and the likes of them are currently preaching to the choir. The long established choir.

That news report last night posted here at FR about how the Congressional races we never hear about have turned in favor of Republicans due the also never heard about “coattails” of the McCain/Palin ticket.

To me this indicates what I started with here, that the alphabets are preaching to their Leftist choir, and the independents, as well the undecided’s are seriously embracing the McCain/Palin ticket.

Seems the more they assault McCain/Palin, the sought after Independents and Undecideds of the electorate embrace them.

At a point in time they will have to change their tactics and address the real issues. Then we have to hope the electorate remembers who was pressing those issues originally, thus most likely to address them once elected.

I think the real people in the nation know Obama for what he is - and he knows we know.

The verbal jousting is a rather sad way for a coward to attack a woman who happens to be more skilled than he in communicating with people.

Palin is far and above the person called Obama. He is way out of her league.

The line is not funny. It is the context of the remark that gives it political force. In the context of Palin’s stunning line about lipstick as the difference between herself and a pitbull, made just a week ago to a WOWed audience, O’s audience reaction could not have been more clear.
By denying his intent his campaign wants us to believe that he is ignorant, not sarcastic. Tough choice.

Palin needs to trade her “intervies” Hit Piece” with Charlie Gibson for a sit down with Brit Hume.

ABC has been more than blatant in their trashing of President Bush and their continuing support for the Philanderer in Chief- Bill Clinton.

Watch thir “ribbon” under the 2 hours of their morning show and you might catch what I am talking about.

I try to like Robin, but Diane is getting so bad, I fully expect her to show up some morning with an Nobama sticker on her forehead.

Yes, you can put lipstick on a Saul Alinsky disciple, but he’s still a pinko!

Sarah Palin owns the use of the word “lipstick.” :-)

Yup, it's her moniker... and nObama knew it when he used it.

Huckabee said that it was not an intended slur...I wasn’t sure either last night, but today it’s clear to me that it was.”

After what the Huckster said about Romney worshiping a “different Jesus Christ” than Huckster does, I don’t think he is qualified to determine what is or isn’t a slur..
He lost his right to a vote.

"ABC" news is not even relevant a source, so who cares what they say?

I stopped watching the big 3 broadcasters 12 years ago, and until I had seen "Fox" news, I didn't even realize how biased either of them had been.

Now that I know better, I wouldn't watch them even if they paid me.

Like all liberal democraps, they never get a story right, and their opinion is worthless dribble.

ABC ran the same hit piece on their national evening news. They showed John McCain saying ‘lipstick on a pig’ about Hillary Clinton’s health care plan three times.

Charles Gibson and Snuffalupagus had their grinning faces right in the center of it.
