ABC News ran a hit piece on the McCain/Palin campaign at 3:30 pm Wednesday Sept 10, where they ran a radio news report supporting Obama.
In the report ABC questioned the validity of the McCain campaigns claim of sexism when Obama referred to Palin as "Lipstick on a pig". ABC implied it was fine for Obama to use the expression because its regularly used in washington politics. ABC played audio from 4 politicians using the quote, including McCAIN. McCain's voice was clearly audible in the series of quotes.
During the segment, the ABC News reporter clearly mocked the McCain campaign's surrogate (Swift) with the sarcastic reply "Oh really?!!!"
why do we even bother listening to ABC?
They want one of two things.
1) They are testing McCain to see if the campaign will pull Charlie Gibson off of the interview with Palin, or
2) They are establishing some creds with the libs because they think the Palin interview is going to go very well.
Heard it, and you’re absolutely right. ABC Radio has an incredibly obvious bias.
The fact is, after last weeks speech, Sarah Palin owns the use of the word “lipstick.” :-)
It’s OK. Obama-Biden is a rich resource of daily material for MCcBrilliant-Palin.
We’ll have new material tomorrow.
Obama called Palin a pig and is too chickensh*t to own up to it, just like when he gave SHRILLARY! the finger.
Both times the supporters of this marxist crypto-muslim knew "xactly what he talkin bout".
I heard that also last hour and it sounded more like a obama campaign ad than news.
Very troubling, but not surprising.
Yeah, ABC, and, so?
Who put a WOMAN on his ticket?
Pray for Sarah.
This stuff coming at her is satanic.
What they ignore is the Sarah Palin has branded herself with her lipstick comment, so that line plays differently than it did even a week ago. The media ignores the reaction of the audiance which is much laughter. I bet that line did not recieve nearly as much response in the previous usage. It now carries a second meaning, and the audiance obviously gets it, even if the media does not acknowledge it.
Anybody photoshop lipsick on Obama’s and Biden’s mugs yet??????????
Who cares... Team McCain reacted wrongly on this.
It’s obvious it was preplanned when you couple it with the “old fish” remark..
And I am sure they still use the phrase "Black as the Ace of Spades". or "The Black Sheep of the family". or "in Black and White". or "the pot calling the kettle Black". or "to be in the Black".
And remember all the outcry over something going down "a black hole" lately. Too bad astronomers, you lose.
Give me a break. Obama hates white women, especially those who are tromping all over him. And most of the males in Congress are chauvinists.
Now that the dems are in a little bit of trouble, they and their surrogate media will be showing themselves more and more for the vicious low lifes that they really are. Get out the popcorn! This campaign is going to get dirty! :)
You can put lipstick on a male chauvinistic pig, but it just makes him look happy gay.
So, McCain could use the phrase, “A spade is a spade” and the MSM would understand that it is just an expression? I somehow doubt it.
