I have to admit the only things I know about Gravel are Rush's parody "An Army of One - or TWO!" mocking Gravel's stance on homosexuals in the military, and his campaign ad where he just stood there by a lake and then walked away. From this interview, I suspect he's also an old school politician and a gentleman. You could tell he felt the talk about Bristol Palin's pregnancy was in very poor taste.
