I disagree. This is so absurd, and frankly, none of anyone’s business, that I don’t think she should give in any credence at all by going on defense. What reason would she have had to do this? Even if she did, what would this have to do with her being VP? This is so out of left field, and so dirty, that the minute she mentions it at all, it gives the story legs.
