Hey, Dr Dopenstein, pick up your flag. But the flag didn't fall to the ground. He clearly placed it that way deliberately. Check out how the stick is propped up against the chair. Not that he would have done it with the intent of disrespecting the flag, but rather that he apparently didn't care enough to give it much thought.
