Never mind the fact that the majority will have picked someone that they actually feel they can trust, and that Obama never really made people feel he was the change this nation needs.
IF Obama loses (and this is not a done deal folks) the Republican party will be demonized endlessly for standing in the way of the assumption of the One to his rightful throne. There will be the claims of fraud and voter intimidation. This will be the everlasting proof that this great nation is racist. The enemies of Obama will be ever in the cross-hairs of his supporters. There will be rioting, and much stamping of feet. This election will be remembered long after the Dimpled Chad and Kerry’s Magical Cambodian Christmas has slipped into the recesses of the national consciousness.
There won’t be any rioting after McCain beats this jug eared clown. The Donk bureaucracy will continue their silent sabotage from within

No, not all all.
Pretend Obama wants to spend 200 million in September. He had 100 million in foreign donations on Sept 1, and got 20 million in donations from US liberals between Sept 1 and Sept 8. (In June and July, assume he was receiving 4 million dollars a day - He thinks he is going to keep getting that much.)
So he needs 80 million more between Sept 8 and Sept 28, and has 20 days to get it. 4 million a day in “gifts.”
If he is actually only receiving 1 million a day in bribes, he will only receive 20 million more dollars, and has to “cut spending” radically from his goals.
So: Smaller hotel rooms, cram 4 or 8 staffers to a room instead of one or two. Smaller planes. Less printing. Less mailing. Fewer plane flights. Less polling. Less payments to people who have already worked for him. No donations to lower level campaigns who need money. Etc.

While I don't have access to Drudge's motivation and can only speculate but it has been my gut feeling that Drudge "pushed" for Obama because he knew Obama was a much weaker candidate than Clinton. And as was proven true, Obama couldn't be the presumed nominee until the relationship was "consumated" at the convention. Now that the Dems are stuck with him and Biden (Hillary won't sacrifice herself to save the day and any replacement of Biden does nothing to erase the obvious problem: Obama) Drudge has been highlighting the very flawed Dem ticket.
Bottomline: I believe Drudge did push Obama until the ticket was punched and Hillary was down for the count and now will sway more to the right again. That's easy since Obama is imploding as we speak.
