ABC poll:What Do Women Want? A Woman on the Ticket!(white women want a woman VP!!)
ABCNews ^

A new ABC News/Washington Post poll shows Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., making up huge ground among white women since putting Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on the ticket.

Reports ABC News Polling Director Gary Langer:from 50-42 percent in Obama’s favor before the conventions to 53-41 percent for McCain now, a 20-point shift that’s one of the single biggest post-convention changes in voter preferences."

Among white women, 67% percent view Palin favorably; 58 percent say her selection makes them more confident in McCain’s decision-making.

Among those with children, Palin does even better than that.

In a letter to Maria Bonaparte, Dr. Sigmund Freud wrote, "The great question that has never been answered, and which I have not yet been able to answer, despite my thirty years of research into the feminine soul, is 'What does a woman want?'"

Apparently they want to be put on the ticket!

Wow. What a week Palin and a Bears victory. Life is sweet.

And watching these traitors deflate is priceless.

You see folks that is the Judgement we need in the White House a man smart enough to realize that Sarah Palin was the future of his party. Obama’s version of change is a 100 percent liberal voting record siding with Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid the 2006 do nothing Congress. When is someone going to pose Obambi that hard question... Senator When have you ever challenged your Parties status Quo? and How to you plan on getting Conservatives to support your Socialist Marxist agenda?

This is hilarious. All of the left wing trashing of Palin only served to make her a sympathetic figure to the white women who Obama needed to convince to support him.

If women see themselves in her then they are going to be much less likely to believe attacks on her as an ‘extremist’ or not in tune with what they want. They will chalk it up to a reaction of a male dominated political game. And it doesn’t hurt that McCain has a general likability about him as well as a heroic bio.

Hillary isn’t going to touch that with a 10 foot pole. The Clintons want Obama to get blown out. Being Obama’s VP has no appeal to them. At this point they want to run again in 2012.

Now the dems have to get Michelle to back off of her “good pick” of Biden and get her to go along on a copy-cat move in getting Hillary on the ticket—if Hillary plays ball...

I agree. The Biden death-watch is completely obviated if Hillary won't play ball.

20 point swing in white women?! Even figuring that some of them will wander back onto the dem plantation, that is kinda game, set, match for Obama.

Smart analysts will also see that there may not have been much to Obama to begin with.
For swing voters, this has always been about escaping an out of touch and a corrupt congress and government overall. Once the change banner had been attached to McCain, it was all over.

Obama just lost the election... how does telling 18 million women voters your candidate is not important enough to be my running mate feel now? Well he has Slow Joe to commiserate with after the election!

That is a stunning number, we lost in 2006 because women abandoned the GOP en masse, if those numbers hold in places like Suburban PA and Suburban MI, and OH, this election will be a blow out for McCain Palin.

That is a big “if” the Dhimmis are going to run ads 24/7 about “Sarah doesn’t think you have a right to an abortion...”

Anecdotal goldstate, I work with the public, and see people and young women and Professional Woman all day, and to my surprise, they are beginning to wear Sarah style glasses.

Sort of a cultural phenom, like Reagan’s jelly beans...
