and btw, if the McCain hater jab is meant for me, it is a bit unseemly in its own regard and I don’t mind saying so, even to folk like yourself. I don’t beat anyone over the head with the litany of crap conservatives have had to bear from both sides of the aisle including “our” own candidate.

It would be funny if he took another senator from one of the republican states for Housing and Urban development, and we could win that seat.

My rant wasn’t meant for you. I just happened to reply to the #1 post on the thread. I should have put in All but I was watching Sunday Night Football and seeing the Bears win against Indy and trying to post! Not used to seeing instant replays go in favor of the Bears so I hit post before thinking!
