Bush had the ‘04 election in the bag, until the first debate - don’t get complacent!

as bad as he did, the people still liked him better... remember?

I wonder if he ever found his lumber company.

"Wanna buy some wood?" - lol

I totally agree with you, NO TIME TO BE COMPLACENT, BUT please can we enjoy this bit of GOOD news..it’s been so long the republicans have had anything to REALLY CHEER about. TOMORROW I promise we’ll get back to WORK...RIGHT FOLKS?!!

I don’t know about the fraud. It depends what Hillary wants. From what I’ve read in Philly the wards are sold on the O man. Fast Eddy factor?

If other polling outfits are reflecting similar results, look for the MSM to go very quiet on national polls for a while. The state polls may lag for a week or two, so look for them to trumpet state polls showing Obama still ahead in battleground states.

Oh, and as to the comment that this is the 4th quarter and we cannot get complacent, this is more like the opening minutes of the 2nd half. Against all predictions, we went into halftime just a point or two behind, and now we have run the kickoff back to start the half. Still a very, very long way to go.

Not that the democrats would ever consider following the law, but now that Obama and Biden are officially the democrats nominees, if Obama drops, Biden moves to the top and picks a new VP. Not that the democrats wouldn't ignore that, get a judge to let them, then have Hillary as the nominee and her choice of VP.

Polls this early in the cycle are mostly to make news, not report the "leader". I don't believe any of the numbers. Every number is published with an agenda in mind, not as a reflection of the data. In the case of McCain's growing lead, I believe it is to justify the democrat national committee stepping in to change a candidate. If Biden were to suddenly become "sick", they would need a new VP candidate.

Enter Hillary to save the day. Or maybe both Biden and Obama get "sick". Hillary isn't definitely out of the picture until after election day. It is too early to celebrate very much.

“When you go to Gallup Daily tracking poll for today it says, McCain 48%, Obama 45%, Where are the new numbers coming from?”

48-45 is registered voters.
54-44 is likely voters.

I also believe his fundraising is drying up while McCain's is going like gangbusters. Obama's campaign has been going through money like water and he might end up broke long before November 4th.

Sweet irony. Those Federal campaign funds are looking awfully good right now, I bet.

I agree - I’ve been very worried that Obama would win by fraud - with a lot of help from his friends at ACORN. I suspect Obama is counting on this - he is no innocent when it comes to winning by whatever means necessary.

Yes, we must still show up to vote. We need to run up the score on Election Day.

The McCain List.

SUPER BOUNCE!

Note: This is independent from their daily tracking poll.

[Expect the left to become totally unhinged now (yes, even more than they have been).]

The hinge pin is gone, the screws have pulled out of the frame, and the door is flying down the street at this point. I am quite amused.
