Obama using Marxist Revolutionary Imagry
Posted on 09/07/2008 1:31:08 PM PDT by Brookhaven
Am I the only one that has noticed the how much the images being used by the Obama campaign resemble the ones used by marxists/communists?
The purpose of these images was to create a god like status for their leaders in the minds of their citizens. Essentially, they create a religious cult around their leaders.
There is a definite style to these type of images. The Obama campaign is not only using the technique, but parroting the style used by marxist propaganda posters. You can only think they are trying to send a message "we are with one of you" without actually comming out and saying anything.

I’ve seen those images......I wondered why I was so put off by them. Your post clears that up for me.

Is it the Obama campaign? Or Obama followers creating and selling it?
Either way, using the preferred artform/propaganda of historys greatest murderous regimes is not something that has fallen lightly on my mind.

Birds of a feather flock together. What was good for those red geese is good for this red gander.

Two of those images were pulled directly from the Obama website.
It seems like a number of the others are being created by “independent” artists, but they say they are doing it in cooperation with the Obama campaign.

Did you notice some keywords used by both Obama’s that come from commie writings?

If he’s elected look for the Rat Party’s (formerly the traditional, patriotic Democratic Party) version of socialist realism.
