An investigation into Indonesian citizenship law and a review of Obama's biography and travels suggest the Illinois senator at one point may have been a citizen of Indonesia. That would not necessarily disqualify Obama to run for president, but it could raise loyalty concerns. A 2007 Associated Press photograph taken by Tatan Syuflana, an Indonesian AP reporter and photographer, surfaced last week on the Daylife.com photographic website showing an image of Obama's registration card at Indonesia's Fransiskus Assisi school, a Catholic institution. In the picture, Obama is registered under the name Barry Soetoro by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro. The school card lists Barry Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen born Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii. His religion is listed as Muslim. Jack Stokes, manager of media relations for the AP, confirmed to WND the picture is indeed an AP photo. After attending the Assisi Primary School, Obama later was enrolled at SDN Menteng 1, an Indonesian public school. Obama's campaign did not return repeated WND phone calls and e-mail queries the past week asking for a clarification regarding the school documentation listing the presidential candidate's citizenship as Indonesian. Obama spokesmen have stated the candidate is a natural-born citizen

The section you are quoting applies to someone born abroad and if he was born in HI he wasn’t born abroad but on US soil.

Children born on U.S. soil automatically acquire American citizenship for life. The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees USA citizenship at birth to almost all individuals born in the U.S. or in U.S. jurisdictions, according to the principle of Jus Soli.
I’m like a lot of folks, a nominal Christian because my family was traditionally Christian and I was brought up to go to Christian churches and celebrate Christian holidays.
Even if Sorotero was an indifferent Muslim, I’m betting Barry would have absorbed at least the same type of grounding in the Muslim faith.
So what? Why not explain it—”I was raised as a Muslim but later chose Christianity out of conviction”—and get it out of the way?

I’m aware of that but,,,, here is another early document, from Indonesia, that states he was born in the US! Personally, I would have liked it to be found he was born in Kenya, but, this document tends to disprove that.

If you take a really good luck at his mother's genealogy you will find some folks in there who were exceedingly influential in early New England and New York (and some of them were also very wealthy).

The overwhelming majority of Moslems live in dictatorships. There are no "normal" Moslem societies or nations.
The guys at CAIR are simply hired hands ~ nothing more.
The stated reason, I believe, was to spend three weeks vacation with one of his former college roommates.
But as so many people, especially moderate Muslims, tell us, it is only a minority of Muslims, perhaps only 10% that are activist supporters of the fanatical jihadists.
That statistic comforts me a lot. It means only 100 million people are willing to either kill me or enslave me.
Of those who immigrate, I'd say that 100% of them are pret' near their home societies' version of a mind-numbed, knee-jerk, robot-like screaming Liberal ~ just so you can get a feel of what we are dealing with here when we speak of "moderates" in any Moslem society.
Moslems who live in Democracies are not emigrating to other Islamic societies in great numbers BTW, so they do understand the difference. The flow of people is in only one direction.
