An investigation into Indonesian citizenship law and a review of Obama's biography and travels suggest the Illinois senator at one point may have been a citizen of Indonesia. That would not necessarily disqualify Obama to run for president, but it could raise loyalty concerns. A 2007 Associated Press photograph taken by Tatan Syuflana, an Indonesian AP reporter and photographer, surfaced last week on the Daylife.com photographic website showing an image of Obama's registration card at Indonesia's Fransiskus Assisi school, a Catholic institution. In the picture, Obama is registered under the name Barry Soetoro by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro. The school card lists Barry Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen born Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii. His religion is listed as Muslim. Jack Stokes, manager of media relations for the AP, confirmed to WND the picture is indeed an AP photo. After attending the Assisi Primary School, Obama later was enrolled at SDN Menteng 1, an Indonesian public school. Obama's campaign did not return repeated WND phone calls and e-mail queries the past week asking for a clarification regarding the school documentation listing the presidential candidate's citizenship as Indonesian. Obama spokesmen have stated the candidate is a natural-born citizen

Fox ran an hourlong show just before the DNC convention called something like: Character of a CAndidate. In it, they had footage of Obama’s very unsavory apartment building in NY and also of his roommate, a very unsavory Pakistani drug dealer with whom he lived for two years. Apparently. It’s all out there for anyone to see.
Hopefully research will show something more than a casual connection with the slimy Paki, with Pakistan, with drugs. Big Zero’s early life is riddled with things you’d send your kids to a tough love bootcamp to get over at the very least. Rudy must have set his cohorts to work unearthing Barry’s NY activities.

Under the laws of the USA at the time of Nobama’s birth, he might not have all the correct qualifications of being an AMERICAN citizen who is qualified by the Constitution to run for president. If so, IMO, Nobama knew this all along. He has been an expensive fraud for the Dimorats.

In a word, yes. There really isn’t much doubt about it.
Also, according to Indonesian law, he had to give up his American citizenship, if in fact he ever was an American in the first place. That is still unclear, since we have been given NO EVIDENCE of where he was born.
Doesn’t the Muslim faith teach that one who converts away from the Muslim faith should be murdered? What does CAIR say about Obama converting from Islam to Christianity?
Would not that have occurred on Aug. 4, 1961, the date of his birth, if what the above article says is true?... His mother was an American citizen, he was born in HI according the above article thus he is an American citizen unless he has renounced it, correct?

So,,, back when he was 5, his birthplace was listed as Hawaii. So the speculations about Kenya, and Canada seem unlikely. Why start that stuff when the kid is 5, parents married, and living in Indonesia?
Name one document, beyond forgeries, that this jerk has ever released? He has hidden every facet of his past... except the contrived and false versions he paid someone else to write.

I dug around fox for a transcript but found only abbreviated passages from the report called Presidential Character abd Conduct 2008, Obama (They did one on McC as well.). Seems that they are not giving the whole thing because they will start selling the entire show as a DVD Sept 19. A link to Amazon DVD is below.

Personally, I think that more will be revealed. Sadly, the show came on very late and I dozed thru parts so will probably get the DVD unless Fox starts revealing more tidbits.
Its not completely clear to me, but:
The Department has a uniform administrative standard of evidence based on the premise that U.S. citizens intend to retain United States citizenship when they obtain naturalization in a foreign state, subscribe to a declaration of allegiance to a foreign state, serve in the armed forces of a foreign state not engaged in hostilities with the United States, or accept non-policy level employment with a foreign government.
DISPOSITION OF CASES WHEN ADMINISTRATIVE PREMISE IS APPLICABLE
In light of the administrative premise discussed above, a person who:
1. is naturalized in a foreign country;
2. takes a routine oath of allegiance to a foreign state;
3. serves in the armed forces of a foreign state not engaged in hostilities with the United States,
4. or accepts non-policy level employment with a foreign government,
and in so doing wishes to retain U.S. citizenship need not submit prior to the commission of a potentially expatriating act a statement or evidence of his or her intent to retain U.S. citizenship since such an intent will be presumed.

You have to remember, Indonesia isn't like some mamby-pamby, ruffles and fourishes semi-socialist democracy in Northern Europe ~ it's a DICTATORSHIP with some of the trappings of democratic forms. If you're smart you do what you're told, and if the government demands you declare a religion, declare that you're Moslem.
Remember, this is the place that half a century ago rose up suddenly right after Friday prayers and murdered over 1 million Chinese on the premise that they were all Commies.
