One of the most notable polling results at the time of the 2006 elections was that Democrats had closed the national-security gap versus Republicans who held a long and significant advantage in that area. That was short-lived.
Unfortunately for Democrats, the gap has reopened. Democrats are regaining the reputation with voters as wimps.
Greenberg, Quinlan, Rosner has just released a survey that indicates that voters perceive Republicans once again as far and away better on national security issues than Democrats.
Forty nine percent of those surveyed thought Republicans were better on national security while 35 percent thought Democrats better. When it came to combating terrorism, 48 percent thought Republicans superior to Democrats while 33 percent gave Democrats the advantage.

I can’t tell you how outstanding I think she is.
Does the fact that the men in the Democratic Party send their women (surrogates) out to fend off Sarah Palin define them as wimps? Obviously they’re afraid, or can’t do the job themselves. Who will they send out to meet with hostile world leaders?
She is not of his tribe therefore she is suspect, unworthy, not quite as smart.

You woulda thought the women would be freaked out by him visiting the ladies room, but they drug him/her in there and laid down the law on appropriate workplace dress and make-up.

Not a surprise. In 2006, Rahn Emanuel was smart enough to recruit moderate and slightly conservative candidates to run in the swing districts. Fortunately for us, Pelosi etal. took his achievement as an excuse to run the country like it was Haight-Ashbury ala 1968. Emanuel seems to be the only Clitonian with a brain, or at least a grasp of reality. And that’s despite being amidst the Daley corruption machine.
Democrats around here don’t advertise their party. In fact, the other day you would have thought the campaign ad was for a Republican after using Ronald Reagan’s name at least 3 times, complained about high taxes and spending during the ad. Never did the candidate EVER mention his party!

Wow. That video is a powerful statement. The view of the guy walking away was an incredible punctuation of that statement.
