In yesterday's mail at my house I recieved a summons for jury duty addressed to some guy I never heard of. THAT MEANS THE GUY IS REGISTERED TO VOTE AT MY ADDRESS. Checked with the condo manager who has lived here forever. No one by that name EVER LIVED HERE. I intend to find out which precinct this phantom is supposed to be voting in and lay the trap for the perp who comes in to cast a ballot for said phantom. Last November when I was an Election Judge I recognized one of the voters because he had voted in another precinct that I worked in the previous election. Fellow Freepers, this is one of the new vote scams. They register multiple phantoms and then cast a ballot for each in the election. I think the key is to catch the perp while voting and arrest him.

Is it possible to get a list of voters and call them to verify, or is giving such info prohibited? Even if possible it would be a big task.
We need more folks like you to keep elections honest and that will help to get more people involved (I hope)...
here in Fl or at least in northern FL we have a voter card and have to show our license.
Then our name is checked on a database to see if we are eligible
Of course like I have said before the snow birds are registering here as well as their own northern state.
Just a few months ago in one Dem area in southern FL they found a lot of this going on, most of them were from NY,NJ and MA
Not only that but we have the marriage question on the ballot this year and the homo groups have been down getting out people to vote against it .

In most states the Sec. of State Election Div. has 800-Numbers for whistel blowing. Also the County. Call ASAP and blow the whistle on the thief who would try to corupt the election.
I think this is what Obama meant when he said that John McCain doesn't know what he's up against. The question is - how do you stop it when our government considers it racist and too intimidating to ask for any ID? The Democrats want this fraud and it's part of their game plan.
GW Bush knows about Voter Fraud. He will be all over this. Remember he fired US Attorney who did nothing against voter fraud.
IMO, the fact that the Bush DoJ has allowed the interstate crime syndicate known as ACORN to flourish for the last 7+ years will prove to be this administration's true legacy. I lost all faith in the integrity of this nation's voting system a long, long time ago. Without honest elections, what is America?

Something similar happened to me when we lived in Austin. We bought a NEW home, and got a jury summons from Travis county for another person. The problem was, that part of Austin is in Williamson county, not Travis.
Their explanation: We thought that street was all Travis county. BUT, I asked why our house number was on the summons. I never got a clear explanation, even up to the time we moved out 7 years later.
If so, see if same name is registered at other address.
Then call friendly media.

Another glaring screw-up by the Bush administration. After the 2000 election, Bush had the political capital to genuinely tighten the screws on voter fraud, and he blew it. Just like the incredible political capital available to tighten the screws on illegal immigration that was provided by 9-11. He blew that too. And frankly, after listening to an incredibly overrated Karl Rove make mindless ‘analyses’ on Fox during these campaigns, I can see a major reason why they blew so many opportunities the past 8 years given this guy was advising Bush along the way.
