As for Palin's speech, we all agreed it was "incredible," though they meant it as a compliment, whereas I was reminded of Nicole Kidman's role in the movie "To Die For," in which she plays an aspiring TV personality who murders her way to the top.

The author of this article is mentally ill if she can only live in the fantasies of movies.

This kind of anecdotal journalism drives me crazy. Why doesn't she just go and interview Paris Hilton and be done with it?

Are we supposed to extrapolate from this family's experience some sort of useful generalization? Beware, this is an old trick on the left. They exploit the man on the street interview to create a point of view among the viewership. This time it works in our favor but most times it is bent against us.

What contribution to anything does this drivel yield?
