The womens vote tipped Bush into office in 2004. It may do more than that for McCain. Yet, I have read of some conservatives (even Freepers) who would prefer women didn't vote.

My wife is 46 and has done everything this article talks about, rarely and I do mean rarely complains, raised 4 sons, put up with me. Id say this “woman” hit the nail on the head.

"Hillary will be of minimal if any assistance to Obie. " Excellent analysis! I hadn't been down this thought path before and believe you are correct.
Hillary's position is kinda like being between a rock & a hard place -- So she will probable Not actively support BHO.
Politics can be so interesting!

....now the interesting part would be the part Two of this authors perspective about how her sisterhood treats her after her apology.

Yes, there are women in that age range who are capable. I’m talking about women in the 25-35 age range. The pretense of competence with a reality of SHOCKING (picture living in a house for 3 years and not knowing where light switches are...) incompetence is something I just can’t seem to shake.

" Interesting that the womens vote really put Bush over the top in 04. Considering it was a very close election, every vote counted. And, considering that the liberals/Democrats were always said to be the beneficiary of the gender gap by attracting more womens vote. But they got a surprise that most women dont vote on womens issues such as abortion, and most women arent in the liberal lunatic fringe. "
Very interesting indeed.....
Would it be safe to say that women are more conservative than they were 12 ( 12 years since Clinton was elected ) - 20 years ago ? 30 years ago ?
Could the last 35 years of Liberal Feminist aborting their babies is having a devastating effect of their demographics ?
Could the old saying " Unintended Consequences " be a big understatement here ?

Haven't you heard, the Oprah is having a spaz attack about this?
Her listeners are screaming that Governor Palin be on the show. Oprah announced a long time ago that she would not have any candidate on her show except Obama. So Oprah is in a huge quandary. If she doesn't have her on, she will be call a hypocrite for not supporting a woman. If she does opt have her on, then Obama and the Dems are going to be throwing fits about going back on her promise to him. Obama and his followers will blame Oprah for his loss, if she has Palin on the show.

” They are making a big mistake if the dont get Sarah on every talk show in America before election time “ to say more clearly.... by not having Sarah Palin in their show ( hear that Oprah ??? ) .... it won't hurt Sarah a bit.... but, on the contray.... it WILL hurt those shows who refuse to put her in their show.. as in ... the way of the Dinosaurs of the MSM/ Liberal talk shows, Liberal rag news papers.. well, you get what I mean.

Funny thing, my liberal mother was saying earlier this year that we need to get a women in the White House.
Now I wonder if she is going to pony up and vote for the McCain/Palin ticket.

Thats a good observation...
I have it on first hand information that Palin has put the fear of a woman scorned into Smugs and Plugs campaign.
Also look for Plugs to find himself under the bus if the polls start to deteriorate.
Some of the Obama advisor's are already readying female names in case they need to toss a long Hail Mary.

And if Hillary turns around and backs Obama she will loose much of that following she has developed over the past many years. She will be branded as a "sell out" who just keeps taking it over and over and over again. BANG!
Brilliant insight there, GBC.
I've got to find the thread again, but I'm sure I read something about Obama hinting that his camp would be asking Hillary to stump on the campaign trail for them. I think I read that this may be how she'll get Obama's campaign to help her with her campaign debt.
Egads - that's nearly prostitution. Geeez, how much more humiliation can one egomaniac take?
If Hillary does take to the road on a Begging For Obama Tour, any semblance of a political career she may have had will be history. She'll be seen as having been pimped by Bill, and then Obama. Some are already seeing it that way.
I don't think any woman in American politics has ever been betrayed as badly, or humiliated in such a public manner in our history.

Even a few days before this came out about Oprah.... how many would have known, even by this, that McCain's pick was such a brilliant master stroke ?
I love it watching the Libs go bonkers.. just by this one move by John McCain ( hopefully ) knocks the Democrat/Liberal movement out of effectiveness and as a major political party for generations to come.
PWNED !!!
is a understatement..... a major checkmate indeed.
