There are the terrorists, Putin, and the Middle East cabal.

And they’re salivating at the thought of Obama in charge.

I have access to a Lexis account and don’t use it enough to know everything that’s available. But I wouldn’t access anyone’s personal records. I take a ‘do unto others’ approach.

an accusation by a divorcing wife about an alleged affair is gonna be picked up by the media...oops, excuse me, they won’t use it until they are forced to by the bloggers.

Denials aren’t going to change the attack or some people’s minds.

Exactly. Ryan would have blown that punk out of the water.

isnt Ryan a freako? I had heard that he wanted his wife to have sex with other people in the open?

http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/06/25/il.ryan/

This is the CNN story

Chicago Tribune got the divorce records released to run Jack Ryan out of the senate race. The Ryan’s wanted to protect their kids and had them sealed. Trib did it to get Obana elected and it worked.

I couldn’t find my orginal search on the Ryan case but this will tell you who Jack Ryan is.

I think the complaint made by his wife was that he wanted her to have sex with him in front of other people...at some clubs.

I don't know if he is a weirdo or not. The allegation may be true or false. And quite frankly, I am not fascinated by the details of divorces. And I will relieve prurient details to those who relish that sort of thing.

If Ryan had not been forced to drop out, Obama would not have been elected senator.

(SMOKING GUN HAS CKED THIS OUT) One Palin Mystery Solved Privacy, not intrigue, behind pol pal’s bid to seal divorce records SEPTEMBER 5—So why did an associate of Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin’s husband file an emergency court motion Wednesday to seal all the documents in his divorce case? As followers of the Palin feeding frenzy know, the National Enquirer this week reported the “incredible allegation” that Palin had an extramarital affair with an unnamed former “business partner” of her husband. Once the politician’s husband Todd learned of the purported affair, an Enquirer source claimed, he “quickly dissolved his friendship and his business associations with the guy.” So when the blogosphere discovered today (via an online court docket) that Scott Richter, a Palin associate, personally filed a sealing motion in Alaska Superior Court, well, conclusions were jumped to. Was Sarah Palin named as the other woman in a messy divorce action? Well, since Richter’s September 3 motion, a copy of which you’ll find below, was denied yesterday, his divorce filings remain open to the public. And a TSG review of the 98-page file shows that the Palins are only mentioned in Richter’s sealing request. According to the filing, Richter wanted the documents deemed confidential in a bid to cloak details about his home, workplace, and phone numbers because “reporters and news agencies” were using that information to contact him. Richter, a 39-year-old contractor, noted that he is “friends and land owners in a remote cabin” with the Palins and, as a result, journalists were intruding on the “cabin life and private life” of him and his 11-year-old son. The petition to dissolve the marriage was filed jointly last July by Richter and his ex-wife, who were not represented by lawyers. A judge granted the dissolution less than two months after the couple filed to end their marriage. (2 pages) < 1 2 > http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/years/2008/0905083palin1.html?link=rssfeed

Well, well. The truth. You know the moonbats will claim TSG is rightwing, or something.

Unfortunately, I am way behind in this situation. If everything is as you have pointed out in your post, what is the problem?

Make sure you go back and read the later posts. The issue was "privacy", not hanky panky.

The fellow in the divorce didn't want his address, phone number, business contacts, etc, et al, ad nauseum PUBLISHED in all the drooler magazines and newspapers in the country.

I'll tell you something, if the Palins and their friends were from Central Sicily, or up in Reggio de Calabria, this stuff wouldn't be going on without there being a lot of bodies ending up in roadside ditches.

Our MSM pukes should go home and pray to their gods to thank them for having made Alaskans so terribly polite!

Why aren’t all divorce proceedings sealed by default? What possible public interest is served by public access to divorce proceedings? And why in the world wouldn’t a judge agree to seal in this extraordinary case? On the other hand, since there’s nothing there, allowing the Enquirer to pour over every thing and find no scandal is the best resolution to this case. That’s good for the Palins, but bad for the poor sap who’s private pain is now spread all over in the quest to destroy Sarah.

LOL, my friend has a Down’s Syndrome boy and when I saw Trig for the first time he looked just like my friend’s son.

She knew there was a chance that he was DS but didn’t do the amnio so didn’t know for sure. When he was born she couldn’t see him immediately and asked her mother if he was DS her mother answered, “Either that or he’s Chinese.”

consensual relations between adults was a private matter and we should just move on.
