.....Why were you here in the Twin Cities? And how did you get into the Excel Center?
I was here in Minneapolis for the IVAW convention and thought Id stick around for this.
Well Ive been a Ron Paul supporter since the beginning of this campaign. Since before this campaign started, actually, Ive been a fan of Paul. So Ive got a lot of friends in the Ron Paul crowd. And hes got a lot of delegates in there. More than the Republican Party is willing to admit. And the fact that I got into there is proof of that. One of Pauls alternate delegates got me a guest pass....

So you don’t think the Constitution is workable in “the real world,” huh?
I crashed an event and heckled Bill Clinton in 1993. Obtaining a ticket through deceit is not a crime. And God help us if heckling a political figure ever becomes a crime.
(They checked my ID and let me go)
And many more alternates, pledged to McCain or Romney for one or more votes.
Good luck bringing in those Hillary Clinton supporters.
Choice #1 McCain/Palin
Choice #2 Obama/Biden
Choice #3 Irrelevant
Look at his congressional record. There is no more principled stand against government spending, growth, plunder, or usurpation than Paul's. He's also non-interventionist which is consistent but makes him anathema to so many of us.
If this moron can’t shut up and let McCain give his speech, I don’t care what said moron has to say. He’s not as important as he believes he is.
Club for Growth
Sixteen congressmen scored a perfect 100%, voting for all 50 anti-pork amendments. They are all Republicans.
Guess what? Ron Paul isn’t one of them. You have to scroll way, way down to find Ron Paul with 29%.

>>Kokesh has turned his back on his brothers and sisters in arms.
In this video on his blog, he comes pretty close to calling for violent revolution - addressing active duty folks in the crowd. Then, in another clip, he wanders down to the cops who are watching him and asks *why* theyre watching him.
Well, duh Mr. Revolutionary, of course theyre watching. Calling for members of the active military to "water the tree of liberty" get's that kind of attention. He's calling for insurrection and I hope they throw the UCMJ book at him.
Also, I gotta wonder how many of his fellow insurrectionists-in-uniform are marching under the DADT rainbow flag - cause he sure puts a blip on the gaydar scope running around in that wifebeater shirt.
It's very unfortunate for Mr. Paul that he has attracted this kind of follower. Mr. Paul has some valid economic points, but they are obscured and neutralized by this kind of activity.
Speech is not a crime. Trespassing is, and trespassing with the intent to disrupt a lawful gathering to which you are not invited could well be made a crime. That you were legally at an event and heckled is fine. You were not trespassing. But someone who is not the delegate who is entitled to be inside, or who is not really a member of the press but who is using someone else’s press pass, is trespassing.
Why would MSNBC give someone like that a pass? It’s not like they would like to creat a story (cut to zippo lighting thatched roof. . .)
> it’s a security risk to a Presidential nominee.
Is that a crime in the US? I thought they were just ordinary citizens until they were elected...
the EX-Marine, Adam Kokesh, admitted he was kicked out of the Marine Corps aftyer being arrested on campus in possession of an illegal pistol he claimed he got from an Iraqi Police officer and brought back to the US Illegally.
Kokesh not only violated the Military laws, he brought this weapon to his local college, which is illegal, also, in his state, for he had no permit to carry an illegal weapon like that.
mnehrling seems to be a big fan of Ron Paul disrupters (the leftists using the Ron Paul campaign), trusting them more than the Republican National Convention organizer (who reported access was with MSNBC credentials).
But it may very well be true...it wouldn't surprise me if it turns out to be Ron Paul credentials with the RNC trying to lie and cover it up.
Straw man. Being “anti-pork” is not the same as being small government and you know it.
Doesn't matter. West Virginia is a winner-take-all too and Paul got two of its thirty delegate votes.
If they were “just ordinary citizens” they would not have Secret Service protection. You have a problem with this?
> If they were just ordinary citizens they would not have Secret Service protection.
If not “ordinary citizens” then what are they? And by what process did they become anything other than “ordinary citizens”?
> You have a problem with this?
Maybe not a “problem”, but it’s certainly fair enough to say I don’t understand it.
Just like I don’t really understand the whole “Secret” Service concept: there’s nothing secret about them at all: they work for Treasury and they stand out like dog’s bollix.
(And why the “Treasury” anyway? How does *that* make any sense?)
