I watched Letterman tonight. He has been making jokes about Sarah Palin the last few nights. Tonight, he admitted he had been laughing at this unknown Alaskan governor over the weekend but was WOWed by her speech last night. He also went on and on about how attractive she is...and on...and on. He wants her to come on his show. Good or bad idea for her?
Nothing to lose.
She already has done a little late night talk bits via video.

She is too good for Letterman....er.....so is about anyone.
I remember one year he had Martha Stewart on for a Christmas show and he was practicably humping on her leg. lol

Over the last ten to fifteen years I have come to despise the man. In my youth I thought he was funny. His daytime show was very funny.
But now I think of him as Bill Maher with better chops.
He might be more of a gentleman with her but he is a flaming liberal none the less.
I suppose she can’t refuse in reality with looking like a coward and I believe she can handle him deftly.

He basically admitted that he thought a lot of people were laughing about McCain’s choice. He had been making jokes about her the last couple nights, then he said last night he tuned into the speech and that Palin blew him away. He kept asking his assistant if she could get her for the show.
Letterman is a lib but he is not nearly as repulsive as Maher, who’s really only half a step above Moore and Franken.
Letterman is a once majestic statue now crumbling away. Every year, he gets more sour and less funny.
Yeah, I was really P.O.’d on tuesday night. He made some cracks about her inexperience. He was almost begging tonight regretting he had made jokes about her.
Yes, she should go on. She can make it work.
It’s an ambush. Letterman hates Bush, Republicans and, conservatives (not in that order) so I suggest Sarah to stay away.
She should be on Leno’s show instead. Why give Dave the ratings?
