and these ratings were made possible by the 5 days on nonstop attacks by the Dems and the media. Talk about hoisted on your own petard.
I just hope the great mushy mindless middle, the 10% of the population that decides elections, sees this the same we do. Unlike Obambi, Palin didn’t promise the moon and other government giveaways.

If you add in all the “you gotta see this!” people who watch all or a part of Sarah’s speech today to find out what all the buzz is about, I betcha the real number is doubled!

This will undoubtedly move the needle. But McCain’s speech is tonight and the rolling numbers won’t be really in until sometime next week.
So we’ll have to wait and we won’t really know the Palin effect. No doubt the media will double down tonight and look for any possible way to knock McCain.

It has nothing to do with the press. This is an intentional campaign strategy to keep their number 1 (Osama) running against and justifying himself to our number 2 (Palin). The longer this continues the better for our side. People are actually now questioning if our vice presidential candidate is more prepared for the presidency than their presidential candidate. I hope it goes on for the next two months.
