You’ve done a WONDERFUL job with this! and thanks for the ping.
Yes, I can’t wait to hear her speech and I know she’s gonna be great. From the released snippets of her speech that I’ve read, it sounds REALLY good. All depends on her delivery. I hope she’s not one prone to butterflies in the tummy.
Me, my mouth starts drying out at the very thought of public speaking. I forget how to pronounce simple words, and I hurry too fast. But, Sarah is a pro now. I’m still praying for her spirit to be calm and for her to be full of confidence. She’ll sure feel a lot of love in that room.

Hi Pattyjo,
Thank you so much for the compliment.
I’m continuing my prayers for Sarah and her family — especially tonight! I can’t imagine it being easy for ANYONE no matter how experienced to hit a national stage like she will be hitting tonight. I’m very confident she’ll do fine though... Compared to how Obama does off the teleprompter I KNOW she’ll do FANTASTIC! ROFL... As you said though - she’s a professional, and her background in journalism probably doesn’t hurt either! ;-)
I too know that she will feel TONS of love tonight... And hopefully she’ll feel some of that support from those of us who are with her in spirit tonight!
People who can do that amaze me. I had an occasion last school year to speak in front of the whole school (on a stage). I had only a very short little thing to say, just really introducing the kids song, probably 5 lines. I had my notes, I had practiced, etc, and I could barely get it out. I understand now what stage fright is. So, anyone who can get up and do that, amazing!
