Thompson got the defense of Palin against the jackals off to a roaring start last night. I’m sure Palin will give a spectacular, well-received speech tonight, and McCain will defend her vigorously on Thursday.

The Drive-Bys still have absolutely no idea how much they have disgusted the American people over the last 72 hours, although I think they’re getting an inkling today.
