I think it is just the perspective and the way Willow is holding Trig. In this photo you can see that the white is Trig's socks.

One of the daughters (standing behind Levi) is holding the baby. They are the baby’s feet (white socks), and she is holding a blue pacifier in her hand.

Looks like that to me after studying the other photos.

It is a optical illusion. That is Trig’s feet and someone is cradling Trig with a pacifier ring on their left pointer finger. (the left hand is on Trig’s bottom and the right hand is on Trig’s hip)

the white objects are baby feet. it is an optical illusion. The person holding the baby is behind Levi.
