I propose she do all three. She should address the attacks; and she should outline her resume as well as pointing out what is wrong with Obama bin Biden. She should say, “As someone who has executive experience, .....” as many times as possible. ;)
I think that Palin should focus on the country and our interest overseas and foreign policy and yes, she should bash Obama and Biden, and she should make mincemeat out of Biden as it relates to the Anbar province and Iraq — since Biden had it ALL WRONG on Iraq (wanting to cut up Iraq in 3 regions).
