Lohan gets political on blog, sounds off on Palin

NEW YORK - Lindsay Lohan is getting political.
The 22-year-old actress took to her MySpace blog Tuesday to post her thoughts on Republican John McCain's running mate, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, and the revelation that Palin's unmarried 17-year-old daughter is pregnant.
"I've been watching the news all morning, like everyone else — and (I) keep hearing about the issues related to `teen pregnancy.' ... Well, I think the real problem comes from the fact that we are taking the focus off of getting to know Sarah Palin and her political views, and what she can do to make our country a less destructive place," Lohan wrote.
Lohan suggested Palin "focus on delivering some words and policy with stronger impact like Joe Biden," Democrat Barack Obama's running mate.

Last I checked, Alaska was part of the North American continent. In fact Alaska is so big that if it weren't attached to North America, it would be a continent. Only Hawaii isn't part of the continental United States. The 48 states to which they refer are the contiguous states.

No, it wasn't. All she said was that this election isn't about Palin's family, and Bristol's pregnancy, but rather Palin and her political views. And that is true.
Lohan is probably upset about the fact a conservative is the running mate and that with a conservative “brand” on the RNC ticket means she will not be able to marry her girlfriend de jour.
Remember she came out in jail.
