I’ve always known that the liberal elites were out-of-touch with mainstream America, but these last few days have been ridiculous.
In Monday’s Baltimore Sun, Susan Reimer wrote: “Barack Obama was the editor of the Harvard Law Review, for heaven’s sake. And the best McCain can do is a woman who minored in poly-sci at the University of Idaho?”
So, Susan, what is it McCain did that you have a problem with? Is it that he chose a woman as his running mate, or is it that he chose someone who did not attend Harvard as his running mate? I know this may be hard to believe, Susan, but approximately two million American high school graduates enroll in colleges every year. And approximately 1,995,000 of those students do not enroll in Harvard.
It’s typical of the liberal elites to believe Harvard offers a better education than other schools…just because it costs more! But it’s more indicative of the larger issue…they really just don’t get it. The vast majority of mainstream Americans don’t vote for a candidate because that candidate is a yuppie with an Ivy League degree. The vast majority of Americans vote for a candidate who they trust. And the vast majority of Americans trust a candidate with whom they can relate.
So go ahead, Susan, point out to all Americans that 99.75 percent of them can relate better to Governor Sarah Palin. And the remaining 0.25 percent can go ahead and vote for Senator Obama.

Gov Palin should have instituted condoms for all Jr. & Senior High Students in Alaska.
Gov Palin should have instituted kindergarten age-appropriate sex education.
Gov Palin should have taken her daughter to Planned Parenthood and had that baby sucked out of her belly.
Isn't it in Moscow? You'd think the Mainstream Moron Media would at least be warm to the fact that she graduated from a university in Moscow.

LOL not to mention that Moscow, ID is one of the most liberal cities here in Idaho. Mayor even wanted to institute a DC/San Fran/Chicago type gun ban in the city.

And majored in journalism. Perhaps this tidbit from Ms. Reimer’s bio, explains why she didn’t want to mention Governor Palin’s major:
“Susan was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa., and attended Ohio University, where she earned a degree in journalism.”
Except - he *never* wrote anything for the Review. Not a single thing. It’s a theme with this guy. Just like in the Senate, had a committee chairmanship and never held a hearing on anything. Empty suit. Plain and simple.
Good thing she didn't mention what Governor Palin majored in or else she might be shunned here at Free Republic. Not no, it wasn't Potato Engineering, it was .... journalism. She's a tool for the MSM. < /extreme sarcasm>

The editor in chief position at Harvard Law Review is not based on merit, it’s based on the vote of his fellow classmates. It doesn’t really prove anything about his intellect or ability, other than the ability to make a bunch of elitist white liberals feel guilty.

All the MSM cares about is destroying Sarah Palin, they could care less she is a woman, proud mother, Governor, took on the corrupt Republican good old boy politicians, These same msm say’s nothing about Obama’s affiliations with the corrupt Chicago establishment. His friendship with Ayers, Passter Wright. They are mad as hell that they didn’t get to get McCain to select Joe Lieberman. She comes from outside the beltway. Look at what they did to Bush/Chaney in 2000 and 2004!
