Republican presidential candidate John McCain's campaign said Barack Obama has resorted to desperate logic in argue his long campaign makes him more experienced than Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.
Obama said in an interview with CNN that he is more experienced than McCains running mate Palin because his campaign has a budget much larger that the small Alaska town where Palin was mayor.
Tucker Bounds, a McCain spokesman, said in a statement that Obama's argument is "laughable."
For Barack Obama to argue that hes experienced enough to be president because hes running for president is desperate circular logic and its laughable," Bounds said. "It is a testament to Barack Obamas inexperience and failing qualifications that he would stoop to passing off his candidacy as comparable to Gov. Sarah Palins executive experience managing a budget of over 10 billion dollars and more than 24,000 employees."
The Obama campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

ZING!
Senator Obama regrets the hair trigger response...
If hes going to cite the way he runs his scampaign as experience to run the country, how GREEN is his campaign? Do they use non-petroleum energies?
Do they offer full medical plans for all workers regardless of job level?
Do they perform background checks before letting someone in?
Do his campaign offices offer free child care for all employees?
Do his campaign workers get paid a living wage?
Good for them....Now if the spokespeople could just mention the murder threat against Palins dad, maybe people could understand the truth behind “troopergate”.
“Senator Obama regrets the hair trigger response...”
He’s not so bright is he?
He doesn’t think the next step, that he is paving the way to his own scrutiny with foolish ill thought out comments.
Rookie mistakes.
It certainly made me laugh

Bait taken. Hook set. Reel the fish in. Easy peasy.
It’s 3:00 a.m. in the White House.
Senator Obama regrets the “hair trigger” response and apologizes to the People’s Republic of China.
It was such a nice wall.
Barry,
Stick to the response you are best at giving:
“uuuuh, uhhh, I ummm, uhhh, change.”
Cash flow problem in a small business? Major headache. You have to cut back on projects, delay payments and possibly even have to put up collateral for extended credit.
The same problem in a big business? Usually, it is one call to your bank to extend your credit line. And you generally have more than 1-2 banks to choose from.
Long story short: I've worked with absolute morons in big businesses who wouldn't last a day in the medium sized business for which I work now.
I find it somewhat amazing that the liberal strategy is to totally ignore the fact that she is a governor running a state, and continue to talk about her as if she’s still mayor of Wasilla. HUH?
If we had MSM with an ounce of journalistic integrity between them, Democrats wouldn’t hold more than 20% of the political offices in this country.

Needs to be made a part of every stump speech from now until election day. Needs to be brought by by Sarah on Wednesday, by John on Thursday, and in the debates. And run commercials while you’re at it!!
You have got to believe Obama was seething when their darling at CNN, Anderson Cooper, asked him to compare his experience to that of Gov. Palin.
McCain and his strategists have got to be patting their own backs for the decision to pick Palin.
For months McCain has been hammering Obama about his lack of experience. So what does McCain do-——he picks a relatively inexperienced running mate. And now the Democrat sympathizers in the mainstream media are asking Obama to compare his experience to that of Palins.
An absolutely brilliant political maneuver by McCain!!!!!!.
Can anyone please tell me one candidate when asked about his/her executive experience has to cite their campaign? Some liberals out there might respond with McCain, but that’s because they don’t know that he ran the largest air wing in the Navy. Neither Obama or Biden have ever run so much as a Dairy Queen.
RE: “Anyone who has worked for both small businesses and big businesses as I have knows that managing money for a small business is much more difficult.

Thanks for that (see above). GREAT POST from you and totally accurate from where I sit after many years in corporate environments!!!
What’s really amusing to me about Obama’s defensive position is that Palin is in the VP slot, NOT running for President as is Obama. Why would he even bother comparing his “experience” to someone running for the “second banana” position? That cracked me up. The guy is such a lightweight. And yeah, what about those years at Columbia College? His records are sealed — why?
I challenged a liberal friend to name three accomplishments of Obama. He kept ducking the question.
I finally goaded him with "LOL there aren't even any Dem talk points on Obama's achievements!"
He responded that Obama had been elected twice to the Illinois Senate and to the US Senate.
I pointed out that if "getting elected" was pinnacle of his resume then clearly he hadn't done anything else once in those jobs, had he?
I haven't heard from the guy since...
The official who was fired for failing to meet trooper recruiting goals and budget requests, was offered a different position by Palin, which he refused.
