I don't know about you all, but I am pissed as hell about the sliming of the Palin kids. Also - all this derogatory media play has me nervous. I hear the whispers about Palin dropping her bid.... That would be a disaster -

I, also, can't wait to hear Limbaugh today.

Let’s hope he spells her name right.

Just sayin’...

I was the child of a 16 year old mother way back in the dark ages of 1964.

People are going after a 17 year old girl! I'll remember that one the next the time the Left tells us sex is a private family matter!

It is so weird that the media believes that Palins were hiding her pregnancy, you can’t hid a 5 month pregnant body on a young woman. Certainly McCain knew and they are really trying to make an issue out of a non issue.

Sure hope that doesn't happen. That really would be a disaster.

McCain needs to stand tough on this.

I was never for Palin. I felt that she way too many home responsibilities to be able to do justice to the VP job.

Having said that, I agree that she should hold her ground and never quit the campaign. The Dems fear her and quitting would be exactly what they want.

To the homo Brad Kava:

The angle will be, and should be, that

the Palin family is supporting their daughter’s marriage and the birth of their grandchild,

as opposed to “wouldn’t want my daughters punished with a baby”.

No, I don’t think she’ll drop out. She’s a woman habituated to handling everything that comes her way. She has already amply demonstrated that. And how great was that statement she and her husband released? Compare it with that grown slug, a professional who once held a position on the Senate Intelligence Cmte., a Pres. contender, then a VP candidate, denying paternity of Frances Quinn Hunter. The Palins announced to the world that their beautiful daughter has their unconditional love and support as she faces the challenges of adulthood. Effectively, she announced that she is capable, as she has always been, at handling challenges.

In such a short time, she has commanded my respect - not based only on her handling of the media vis-a-vis her daughter’s pregnancy.

Will he praise parents for not teaching about birth control and not supervising their teenagers?

First of all, I'm sure they told them everything about birth control - and you can't be with your kids 24/7 - I'm equally sure the slimeball author of this piece has no children of his own. And notice how he perpetuates the "Trig is actually Bristol's baby" lie currently being promulgated on left-wing hate sites.

Pity no one taught this cretin's mother about birth control.

Planned Parenthood's research arm, The Guttmacher Institute has ranked Alaska #1 out of all 50 states in availability of "Publicly Supported Family Planning Services." The state has 1 abortion clinic for every 314 girls, age 15-19.

Abstinence education must be non-existant there.

"My bet? McCain didn't vet her carefully enough, anymore than the Republicans vetted what to do in Iraq, and she will be off the ticket, replaced by either Joe Lieberman or Mitt Romney."

My bet is that McCain knew about this going in and timed the release of this on a day when hurricane Gustav would blow it off the front page of the news cycle. Or at least it would have to share time with the hurricane.

I'll guarantee that I'll be off the ticket if he jettisons her for this and picks Romney or Lieberman.

I've never voted for a third party candidate in my life. However, I'll be voting for Bob Barr if he throws her off the ticket for this.

Just imagine for a moment what the Lib Media would be saying if these were allegations/rumors about Michele Obama or Barrack's daughter?

"Racist", "Mean-spirited", "unfair", are just SOME of the words that come to mind if Republicans were starting the rumors.

We don't hear a word about Rezko, Ayers, and the lack of experience on the part of the Messiah, but they sure are interested in pointing fingers at the family of the VP candidate.

SHE won't withdraw from the race as it would demonstrate lack of personal pride and resolve to her family, and her FAMILY comes first....they wouldn't expect their Mom to do any less than fight it out, no matter how sewer-like the attacks become (and they certainly will, as the Lib's are foaming at the mouth over having such a true role-model for traditional values as a front-runner and future POTUS).

You know...I’ve about had it with YOU. You spent the entire weekend tearing down the Palin nomination “from a conservative point of view”. Now we find out you enjoy listening to leftist radio.

WHAT IS YOUR MAJOR MALFUNCTION RFACE???
