He is antisemitic.
"Did I mention I'm a shithead." R. Wexler D-Ranged
btw, I believe it is crucial for Palin to stay in the race for her daughter's sake. Bristol is already dealing with guilt and shame here. That will only be compounded if she perceives herself as being the reason her mother withdrew from the VP race. At this point, Sarah needs to stay in for the long haul to show her daughter what a real fighter does.
The McCain camp rebuked claims by Democrats that Sarah Palin once associated with Pat Buchanan.WORSE. They once shared an elevator together!
(friken moonbats)
I was a Forbes supporter in 96 also..
Whats wrong with supporting Pat Buchanan?
Pat would’ve been a superior president to Clinton in 1992 and 1996.
Will work for beer.
Great choice in boats btw. Corsairs rock! I've drooled over every model they made, and for quite awhile had a goal of aquiring a F28, racing and gunkholing in the Puget Sound. Now, I think I'll wait a bit longer and get a 34 Gemini, and spend weeks & months aboard, instead of hours and days.
Amen! The Dims and their shills in the MSM need to be given all the rope they want to hang themselves. In the end, their efforts will only serve to reveal that they—and not the “Christian Right”—are the ones guilty of being judgmental, self-righteous, sexist—and, most of all, predatorily priggish!
I, too, like d Forbes in ‘96. I also defended Pat against the claims of anti-semitism. Let’s just say, that in light of some of Pat’s recent writings, I no longer will defend him.
Pat is a decent guy, but he’s deranged on the subject of Israel.

This should be read by everyone.
It's possible that without FreeRepublic, Kerry would have been elected, but that would hardly imply that FreeRepublic defeated Kerry "singlehandedly". There are many people and groups without whom Kerry would have won.
A number of my relatives who have previously provided lukewarm support for Republican candidates say they're supporting Obama this year; they cite the war in Iraq as a major factor in that decision. Some of them live in possible swing states, so perception of the war is definitely something McCain will have to address.
