The Chicago political machine knows that it’s better to completely eliminate your opponent rather than face them in a fair fight. Obama can’t eliminate McCain on the national stage, but he sure as hell can do everything possible to cut him off at the knees, no holds barred. However, I’m pretty sure McCain and his team knows what they’re up against (as Obama himself threatened not too long ago). So far, they’ve run an excellent campaign without coming across as thugs. Obama and Axelrod have no idea how to achieve that delicate balance.

We need a special prosecuter, an independent counsel, to look into what obama staffers are leaking these smears. Obama should support that, since he wants to get to the bottom of this and wants to fire those responsible.

We know from Ben Smith at the Politico that Democrats are pushing out the story about Sarah Palin's support for abstinence only education. They were doing it before the announcement and now they are really doing it.

The term "abstinence only" was created by the left as to imply that the President's program demanded teaching ONLY abstinence. Of course the truth is the President created a grant that gave state's money if they INCLUDED an abstinence component in combination with all other SEX education.

By definition abstinence is the absence of sexual relations so the modifier "only" is simply redundant in reality and subterfuge in practice by the left.

Is Sarah ready to be president? As compared to Barak? Absolutely. As compared to John or Joe? Maybe not. But the two year governor is just as ready as the four year senator. And when it comes to executive experience even more so. She is every bit as experienced as the person running for president on the democratic ticket.

So is Obama ready? As compared to Sarah? Sure. As compared to John or Joe? Probably not.

So lets continue to have the experience argument. It works for me.

I read on another site that was discussing pictures that the person who started this on KOS goes by the name ArcXIX. He/She was described as a “high-ranking Obama advisor” in a way that this was considered a good thing. Perhaps someone who knows how to do this kind of thing should find out who ArcXIX really is and then find out if this true. Someone like Charles Johnson could probably do this if he knew about it. Does anyone else know how to do this?
